• Mr. Ghulam Farooq is a seasoned administrator with extensive experience in public service. With a career spanning over 25 years, he has served in various capacities in the Federal Government and Provincial Government of Balochistan. His notable positions include Senior Joint Secretary (Policy) in Power Division, Joint Secretary (HRM) in Finance Division, and Secretary (Planning) in Balochistan’s Planning and Development Department.
• He has expertise in administrative, developmental, and financial matters, and has worked on key projects and policies in water resources, health, and local government.
• He holds a B.E (Civil Engineering) from Balochistan Engineering College Khuzdar and an MSc in Water Management from Cranfield University, UK.
